Sediments not being able to be filtered through the hydro cyclone and algae filter, and fertilizer particles possible to come from the fertilizer tank are retained by means of the disc filter. Disc filters can be disassembled and cleaned at specific time intervals.
Filtech Smart Automatic
This automatic self-cleaning filter for the low capacity filtration needs starts its cleaning process by detecting difference of 0.5 bars between the inlet and the outlet. This process takes 30-40 seconds. Mains current of 220 V needs energy of 24 V obtained by power distribution unit on the filter. Stainless internal kit of 130 microns in FS (2000-2500-3000) models, and standard rapier internal kit in FS 1200 model are available.

It is a filtration system in which hydro cyclone and disc- rapier filter take place as a single body for the ease of installation.
Full Set (Hidrocyclone + Disc + Fertilization)
In the event that the water source is a well they are the systems used for the purpose of filtration and fertilization. The water coming up through the hydro cyclone gets into the fertilization unit and it is transferred to the main pipe line of the irrigation system while the water containing fertilizer passes through the disc filter.

Body of our filter meeting high capacity filtration need is carbon steel. Internal kit is stainless steel of 130 microns. It performs cleaning process by detecting difference of 0.5 bars between the inlet and the outlet with the help of electronic and hydraulic system. This process takes 30-40 seconds. The need of energy of 24 V is provided through the available mains current of 220 V by the power distribution unit on the filter. Our solar panel system is available in places where there is no network energy. Inlet pressure should be 2 bars during the back washing process. It doesn’t result in loss of pressure during the filtration process on the grounds that the filtration surface is big.
